Our courses

Espresso, milk texturing and latte art

Every course is filmed at our Collingwood espresso bar and checked against a scale and a timer, not by eye.

How we teach

Precision, not guesswork

We don't eyeball it. Every pour is measured against a scale and a timer.

Measured, not eyeballed

Every lesson is filmed on a commercial two-group machine and checked against a scale and a timer, not by eye.

How it works

Three steps, no classroom to get to, no seat to book.

  3. Step 3

    Learn at your own pace

Rewatch the pour, pause on the pull, and practise alongside the video until espresso, milk and latte art all feel natural, checked against a scale and timer, not by eye.

Where we teach

Taught from a working espresso bar

No studio, no actors, just the machine we pull shots on every day at 112 Smith St.

Crema Barista School runs out of a real espresso bar on Smith St, Collingwood, on the same two-group machine we use to teach every lesson. We film each pour and pattern as it happens behind the counter, then check it against a scale and a timer before it goes online.
